Tulinen paprikatuorejuusto






  • 2 dl cashewpähkinöitä
  • 50 g kookosrasvaa
  • 1,5 dl vettä
  • 0,5 dl ravinnehiivahiutaleita
  • 1 rkl sitruunamehua
  • 1 tl omenaviinietikkaa
  • 1,5 tl paprikajauhetta
  • 0,5 tl chilijauhetta
  • 0,5 tl mustapippuria
  • 0,5 tl suolaa


  1. Liota cashewpähkinöitä 3 tuntia kylmässä vedessä.
  2. Sulata kookosrasva kastilassa. Kun rasva on sulanut, niin lisää joukkoon vesi. Lämmitä seos kattilassa.
  3. Poista cashewpähkinöistä vesi ja kaada ne tehosekoittimeen.
  4. Sekoita joukkoon kaikki muut ainekset paitsi suola, viimeisenä kuuma neste.
  5. Viimeiseksi mausta tasaiseksi massaksi jauhettu seos suolalla. Lisää muita mausteita tarpeen mukaan.
  6. Päällystä sopivan kokoinen ja muotoinen astia tuorekelmulla ja kaada seos siihen.
  7. Anna kiinteytyä jääkaapissa muutaman tunnin ajan.
  8. Koristele esimerkiksi paprikasilpulla ja oliiviviipaleilla. Nauti keksien kera. 
  9. Valmis!
